Winter is a tough time of year and I always find myself yearning for Spring shortly after winter starts. The cold and the lack of sunshine makes me feel sad and lonely. One of my favorite things about essential oils is how they can positively impact your mood. When I’m feeling the winter blues, I love diffusing oils that remind me of the spring. These five Spring diffuser blends are my personal favorites.
When I think of Spring, fresh air and how energized everyone is comes to my mind. The Springtime diffuser blend gives me all of those fantastic Spring vibes. It includes two drops each of Tangerine, Spearmint, and Lemongrass.
After a long Winter of hibernating, we tend to do a lot of cleaning in the spring. This mix of Lavender, Lemon, and Rosemary will help you focus and make your house smell clean even if it is far from spotless. You will need to put two drops of each oil in your diffuser to make this recipe.
Spring is my favorite season of the year, so I look forward to waking up on a spring morning. Of all of the Spring diffuser blends, this one is my favorite. It’s uplifting and captures the feeling you get walking out the door on a spring morning. You will need three drops of Bergamot, two drops of Grapefruit, and one drop of Ylang Ylang to make this recipe.
Was there better feeling when you were younger than the beginning of Spring Break? The weather was fantastic, and you got time off of school to travel or spend time with your family. To capture that energized and fun time, add a drop of Elevation, two drops of Lime, and two drops of doTERRA Motivate blend into your diffuser and enjoy.
You didn’t think that I could do a post about Spring diffuser blends without at least one that was inspired by flowers, did you? What I like about this blend is that there is a hint of flowers. Some floral combinations can be a bit overwhelming. You add three drops of Wild Orange, two drops of Ginger, and two drops of Ylang Ylang to your diffuser to make this blend.
I hope these Spring diffuser blends help you to make it through the winter and that you can continue to enjoy them year round. If you need more inspiration for what to put in your diffuser, check out the diffuser recipes I suggested here.
