June has a bad reputation for being difficult for direct sellers. There is a perception that people do not buy in June because they are too busy with their kids and enjoying the weather. The truth is that you can be just as successful in June as in any other month if you have a fun and engaging party. I’ve come up with three June party theme ideas that I believe will help you reach your goals.
How does your garden grow?
The weather in June is typically gorgeous, and people love to spend time in their gardens. June is National Fruits and vegetable month and the first full week of June is National Gardening week. These two holidays are the perfect reason to have a garden themed party. There are two routes you can go with this kind of party. If your product is used for gardening, then you can educate the party goers about how to use them. If not, you can compare your products with different kinds of flowers or plants.
Who doesn’t love a good road trip? It’s a great way to bond with the people you care about and see a lot of great roadside attractions. The third Friday in June is Take a Road Trip day, and this June party theme is ideal for engaging with your community. I suggest taking your group on a journey with you to visit places that are relevant to your product. For example, one stop could be at your corporate headquarters, and the next could be where your product is made. Another fun way to approach this theme is to take a road trip on Route 66 and share which products you would use along the way. With this second version, I suggest doing an Epic Live Facebook Party format. Click here to learn more about this style of Facebook party.
Let’s go on a Picnic!
One of my favorite childhood memories is having a picnic with my family. We had such great food, and I had a great time playing with my brothers. Your party guest will more than likely share this nostalgia, so throwing a Picnic themed party will be a home run! You can sprinkle your products in with engagement post about what their favorite picnic foods are and what the ideal weather is for a picnic.
